Bacwa Rogers (born on 28th/august/ 2005)and also famously known as winter Bowy ug is Uganda's talented futuristic music recording and s Runyoflow artist raised in Hoima by a powerful mother Bigabwa grace and father Bwekiike John.

He is signed under happy highland entertainment group. Winter Bowy went to Kampala primary school for his primary studies and later joined Uganda martyrs s.s for the completion of his secondary studies.

His debut came in 2020 with his first song dabbed gazine which was done by Jah Jah  Rick under Rick studios which went viral every where and he featured with summer kid ug, He was brought  to the music scene by the youngest multi-talented magical handed promoter(Karungi Rodger a.k.a promoter beezzy kenz ug).winter bowy ug grew up loving music and admiring artists who had better talent up to when he also joined the music industry .he used to participate in music activities while in his primary and managed to re1cord a song dabbed
