Samuel Ederu alias Daddy shanty is born in Ngora district, Kapir county, Agule Parish.

He Started school at Pioneer Primary school Soroti in 2001 and later join Agule primary school from 2002-2007 where he sat for my primary leaving examinations. He later joined Mukura memorial for UCE. Started my music in 2022 with my first song Amina ATOTO (mother's love).
