Ogali David Richard  a.k.a Papa dopolos hails from Alilimo village, Alilimo parish, kyere subcounty, Serere county, Serere district.
He is a son to Obuku Lumbert and Amutos Birigitas. Dopolos is a comedian,a song writer and a composer who can play instruments like a piano, a solo guitar, a bass guitar and drums. He began his education at Serere Township primary school,then went to kyere SS and finally Fr Bogolos.
