Malinga Isaac a.k.a Bashir Boy was born on 09/09/2001 in a small village in Amuria district then present day kapelebyong district called Alukumuge cell, acowa ward, acowa town council. This place is located in the Eastern part of Uganda, Teso sub region.
He is the first born of Mr Malinga Simon, current LC I chairperson of that same cell and mother is Monoi Jenifer all iteso by tribe.
Coming from a vulnerable home, he didn't go far as far as education is concerned but only primary four in acowa primary school.
 

He started his musical career at the age of 17. known by his stage name Izo boy from the name Isaac where he recorded his first song "Angirikit" meaning courage in ateso language and "Raga dance", "life". He later join the muslim fraternity as religion in 2018 where he adopted the name Bashir to be reffered to as Malinga Bashir. He then dropped his original stage name Izo boy for Bashir boy.
Since then he has recorded several songs including Epucit, Why you girl, Replay, Apese Iteso, Teso aboliata, Sanitizer, Ghetto, Adongo, Smart, Lika. under the Nix money Music crew. Nix means Hard where there are several local artists: Simple tuffy, x-bway, Simple Emma, Mountain Shabba, Lil Blaze, Idem Soldier, Big Rapper, Dj Spin and Acowa Djs.

He currently lives in acowa town council where he has staged several concerts and live performances, under the promotion of Emmobi Graphics and Photo Studio Acowa and Chisel in Akore town council. His main producer and studio is Jemmy Chris and Izo pro in Amuria town.
