The burial program for the esteemed Kyoga Veritas Radio news anchor, Olila John whose untimely passing has left a void in the community, has been officially released.
The memorial services are set to honor his contributions and celebrate his life.
On Thursday, November 14th, the late anchor's body will be brought to the Senior Quarters opposite Kyoga Veritas Radio at exactly 8:00 AM. Following this, a Requiem service will take place at St. Peter’s Church of Uganda Cathedral in Soroti, where friends, family, and colleagues will gather to pay their respects.
After the service, the body will be transported to his ancestral home in Adipala-Oukot village, located in Opuure parish, Atiira subcounty, Serere district.
The final farewell will occur on Friday, November 15th, at the residence of Julius Olupot in Adipala-Oukot village, where the community will come together to lay him to rest.
