Singer Ivan Bugembe Ssentamu, widely known as Dax Vibez, has officially announced a new venue for his highly anticipated maiden concert, the 'Dax Vibez Allwhite Concert.'

The event, originally scheduled for Hotel Africana, will now proceed at the UMA Showgrounds in Lugogo on the previously set date of August 29th.

Dax Vibez shared this crucial update with his fans through his official social media platforms, reassuring them that the show would indeed go on despite the change of location.

"My concert will go ahead on 29th August but in a different venue," he posted, dispelling earlier concerns among his followers.

The venue change comes after the sudden cancellation of the concert by Hotel Africana management earlier this week, a development that initially cast doubt on the event's feasibility.

Expressing profound disappointment over Hotel Africana’s decision, Dax Vibez revealed during an interview on NBS TV's 'After 5' that he had invested significantly in preparations and advertising for the original venue. He lamented the lack of clear communication from the hotel regarding the cancellation, stating, "The Hotel did not give him clear information leading to cancellation of the event." However, he added that he received unofficial information, including WhatsApp voice notes, suggesting the decision stemmed from the hotel-owning family deeming him "ineligible" to perform at their venue.

Despite the initial setback and the ambiguity surrounding the cancellation, the announcement of the UMA Showgrounds as the new home for the 'Dax Vibez Allwhite Concert' has reignited excitement among his fanbase, ensuring that the singer's maiden major performance will proceed as planned. Fans are advised to prepare for the 'Allwhite' themed event at the new strategic location in Lugogo.
