Soroti city: Eastern Uganda youth MP aspirant, Emmanuel Ebele Apwatum has rallied the youth of Teso and Eastern Uganda to vote for the ideological, vibrant leaders come 23-08-2025.
Apwatum made the pronouncement while meeting delegates of Soroti city in Strickers hotel on Sunday 20-7-2025.
He said voting for good leaders will lead citizens to benefit from government programs.
“I am ready to go and liberate oppressed youth, and lobby for industrial hubs, skilling centres and others” Ebele said.
Samuel Ome, chairman youth league Soroti city west, in his submission thanked Hon Apwatum for being an aspirant leader.
Ome urges Teso youth to rally behind leaders who are community oriented and focused for development.
Mercy Apimo, another delegate assured her total support towards Hon Apwatum candidature.
Calvin Moses Emwodu youth chairman Soroti city East applauded Ebele’s initiative of supporting business and mindset change in Teso and Eastern youth, if voted.
“We need to vote for leaders who are not self centred but leaders who focus on development more so in employment opportunities” he said.

Gideon Egipu chairman Soroti city west urged the youth leaders of Teso sub region to be dynamic during the forthcoming election.
“We don’t want to lose again the five years with leaders who are self centred but leaders who can change the mindset of youth like Apwatum” Epipu added.
Meanwhile, Apwatum while responding to some of the questions urged the youth of Teso to desist from politics of divisionism, money but focus on unity and mindset change.
Apwatum who hails from Katakwi district has kicked off his campaigns with a mission of development, education and mindset change in youth.
