Pius popularly known as Uncle Pius was born on the 5th of August, 1991 by JULIUS ELELU and AKEDO BETTY of Aloet central village ,eastern region soroti city.
Pius is a celebrated local music promoter and events manager, he also runs one of the best radio program at Delta FM called 'Ikalia', which has made him popular in Teso region
Hon Edoru Simon Peter, the LC5 Aspirant soroti, said Pius is a well talented young man who has inspired most of the people and also likes supporting politicians in good faith.
Paul omer, the Soroti city mayor, soroti acknowledges Pius as one of the brilliant young men, who is organized and has capacity of talking to anyone including the president.
Hon Peter Ogwang, state minister for ICT also appreciated Pius' work and wished him good luck in whatever he does. He further said that Pius is one of the important young guys in Teso that will develop the region.
