Singer Rody Gavana has come out to explain what transpired during his show held in smiles corner, kireka on the 06th,Oct, 2023 after a suspicious plastic water bottle was grabbed a way from him by his security detail.
In a video making rounds online, the "come to daddy" hit maker is seen given water by one of the boys on stage but during the process of raising it close to his mouth, one of his boys jumped over and quickly grabbed it away from him thus leaving the singer confused before it was brought back thus forcing him to drop it on the stage floor.
With different reactions from members of the public coming up appreciating his team for saving his life as the water could have been poisoned, the singer has come out to react on the incident appreciating fans for their continued support and prayers towards the artistes.
"There has been a video making rounds on social media where one of my security personnel grabbed a bottle of water that I was given to drink during my weekend performance at Smiles Corner Kireka on Saturday",
According to the singer, the water wasn't given to him by a random person but rather one of his crew members, Dj Max Miles after he requested for it.
He further added that it was a coincidence that his other boy called Tiger who grabbed away the bottle was at the back as he seemed unaware where it was coming from.
