SOROTI - The National Unity Platform (NUP) has announced that its President, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, will visit Soroti City on November 9, 2024, as part of his ongoing countrywide tour.
George William Okoit, Chairperson of the National Unity Platform in Soroti City confirmed this expressing the importance of this gathering, inviting the people of Teso to attend and hear directly from Bobi Wine.
"In politics, numbers matter, but what matters more are individuals who resonate with the vision and message of their leaders," Okoit emphasized, underscoring the power of collective engagement over mere statistics. He added that the event would provide an opportunity for the community to unite around a shared vision for a brighter future in Uganda.
Okoit highlighted the gathering as "more than just a rally." He stated, “We are not just inviting people to attend a rally. We are inviting them to join a movement that believes in the power of every individual to create a better Uganda. Bobi Wine’s message is one of hope, a call to stand together for the nation we all love and envision.”
