TESO — The ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) enjoyed a spectacular show of support in Amuria and Katakwi Districts, as thousands of residents turned up to participate in rallies coordinated by David Calvin Echodu the NRM vice chairman, eastern region.
The rallies, described by many as well-organized and spirited, demonstrated the enduring popularity of the NRM in the region. Echodu worked closely with district party leaders and local structures to ensure maximum attendance, employing a comprehensive mobilization strategy that brought together supporters from across the Teso Sub-region.
During the gatherings, Echodu urged citizens to protect the achievements of the NRM and continue supporting President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. He highlighted the party’s commitment to improving public services, including education, healthcare, infrastructure development, and economic empowerment programs.
Echodu also emphasized the role of the youth in driving development, encouraging them to take advantage of government initiatives on job creation, entrepreneurship, and skills development.
