Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate Nathan Nandala Mafabi has cautioned individuals planning to disrupt his campaigns, warning them of severe consequences.

Addressing a press conference at Mountain Inn Hotel in Mbale, Mafabi emphasized his preparedness to counter any attempts to hinder his campaigns.

The warning follows yesterday's attacks on FDC supporters by National Unity Platform (NUP) supporters in Kachomo Town Council, Budaka District, leaving several injured.

Mafabi pardoned the attackers who were apprehended by police, citing it as their first offense and giving them a chance to reform.

Mafabi, however, made it clear that future attacks would not be tolerated, emphasizing that his team is capable of defending itself.

He urged Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, the NUP presidential candidate, to advise his supporters against violence.

The FDC presidential candidate reiterated his party's readiness to take on any attempts to disrupt their campaigns, emphasizing their capacity to protect their supporters and maintain peace during the campaign period.
