Ugandan musician Green Daddy has laid his deceased newborn to rest following a tragic passing that reportedly occurred in the early hours of Monday morning at Mulago National Referral Hospital. The heartbreaking loss has sparked grief among fans and the music fraternity, while allegations of medical negligence surrounding the infant’s death continue to circulate.
According to family sources, the newborn is said to have developed complications shortly after birth while under medical care. Relatives claim there were delays in response and inadequate monitoring, claims that have since raised public concern and prompted calls for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
During the burial, Green Daddy was visibly devastated as he mourned the loss of his child. Family members and supporters have urged health authorities and Mulago Hospital management to provide clear answers regarding the care given and the events leading to the newborn’s death.
