Teso’s legendary singer Clever Spider today evening lost his wife to a motor accident that occurred at about 4:00 pm at Kunyumu Trading Center after an over speeding vehicle knocked them down while traveling on a 'Boda-boda' motorcycle.
According to Dj Sppitch, the manager of the singer, the deceased was on a Boda together with one other lady but was hit by an over speeding vehicle as they joining the main road where she died on spot.
‘’The motorcycle rider and the other passenger were rushed to hospital as they too sustained serious injuries. They were knocked by a transport vehicle of a company called Jay khodiyar, the body of the deceased was taken to Kumi hospital for postmortem and burial arrangements will be communicated later’’ he added
The deceased identified as Rachael Akurut has three with the 'Ocokodoro' singer.
By press time, the police had already impounded the vehicle to Kumi Central Police station for further investigation.
