The aspiring Katakwi District Youth Chairperson Patrick Itoori Malinga had light moments with the NRM Electoral Commission Tanga Odoi at his head office.
It is believed that the aspiring Katakwi District Youth Chairperson whispered the NRM Electoral Commission Chairman of his political ambitions to run for the National position under the National Youth Council.
During the interview Malinga, a seasoned Youth activist in the region encouraged the young people to use this opportunity to rise up and participate in the Electoral process and contribute to nation building.
Many times young people tend to sit back and later start complaining about the poor service delivery. It's our time because the future is us he added!
He also argued to youth to embrace Government programs like PDM, Emyooga in order to fight poverty.
