MP Koluo's Independence Speech disrupted by rowdy youth

Toroma County Member Of Parliament Koluo Andrew Peter was disrupted by rowdy youth who continuosly chanted anti-Koluo slogans while he was delivering his speech.


This was during the Katakwi district celebration of Uganda's 57th Independence anniversary at Magoro subcounty on Monday 14th October


While speaking to journalists, he alleged that the youth were hired to disrupt him from speaking to the people.


"My fellow journalists, those boys were hired from Katakwi town council by my brother Elakas Walter LC5 Chairman katakwi to disrupt me from talking" MP Kuluo lamented.


However, Elakas Walter rubbished these claims and advised the legislator to always face both good and bad reactions of the people


It should be remembered that Hon Koluo recently donated Ludo game boards to his constituents as a remedy of stress from Unemployment, poverty and Karamojong cattle theft.
