The Teso music community is in shock and mourning following the untimely death of prominent singer and producer Talemwa Victor Gabriel, famously known as Vicxtar Brown. The Bukedea-based artist and producer at Freestyle Records reportedly passed away today in Soroti city, where he was receiving medical treatment.
