Herbert Paul Eyoku, popularly known to his listeners as Habato Yok-Yok, has announced that he will be taking a temporary leave of absence from his duties as a news reporter and host of the popular Kumam show on 99.4 Etop Radio. The well-known presenter cited a combination of a waist and leg injury as the reason for his leave, which is expected to last until he has made a full recovery.
In a statement to his colleagues, Habato Yok-Yok expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to work with the team over the past four years, stating that it has been a great experience. However, due to his current mobility limitations, he feels it is necessary to take a break to focus on his health and rehabilitation.
According to Habato Yok-Yok, his right leg is particularly affected, and he is currently only able to stand or move for short periods of up to 10 minutes at a time. This has made it difficult for him to continue with his normal duties, including hosting his show and reporting on news events.
Despite his temporary departure, Habato Yok-Yok has assured his fans and colleagues that he will return to the airwaves as soon as he is feeling better. He will undoubtedly be missed by his listeners and the crew at 99.4 Etop Radio and New Vision, with whom he has shared many memorable moments on and off the air.
The management and staff of 99.4 Etop Radio have wished Habato Yok-Yok a speedy recovery and look forward to his return to the station.
