SOROTI - Jeressar High School has once again affirmed its position as one of Teso’s leading academic institutions, delivering outstanding results in the 2025 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations.

The results, released today by the Ministry of Education and Sports, were met with jubilation at the school as students, teachers, and parents gathered to celebrate the achievement.

According to the official performance summary, the school recorded impressive outcomes, with hundreds of students earning distinctions and credits. The numbers reflect a strong academic culture and significant improvement compared to the previous year.

School administrators attribute this success to strategic academic measures implemented over the past year, including intensive syllabus coverage, remedial lessons, continuous assessments, and careful monitoring of student progress.

Deputy Head Teacher I, Moses Onyu, praised both students and teachers for their hard work and dedication.

“These results reflect the commitment of our learners and the dedication of our teaching staff,” Onyu said. “Our continuous assessment and focused academic supervision have paid off, and we are thrilled to see such progress.”

School Director, Menya Magret, emphasized the school’s holistic approach to education, which combines academic excellence with moral and spiritual guidance.
