DOKOLO - A nasty road accident that happened this afternoon involving a taxi along Dokolo-lira road around Agwata sub county has left five passengers dead on the spot and several others terribly injured and rushed to the nearest health facility for medical attention.
According to sources, the taxi with reg: no UBH 002E that was headed for Lira from Soroti lost control after the driver failed to negotiate after the one of it's tyres burst.
By press time, the casualties were rushed to Dokolo health center 4 for medication.
