The Soroti Cricket academy is focusing on promoting cricket in Soroti and beyond through having continuous Cricket competitions.
This follows the 3rd edition of cricket games that took place on the 9th October at the Soroti Cricket oval in Soroti city where the Soroti Cricket academy team (SCA XI) played against the visiting team called chairman's XI that comprised of some national team players like Derrick Bakunzi, Nsubuga Siraje, Hashakya Michael, Musamali Rita who managed to beat the home team 25 runs.
In attendance were the national Women's Coach and his assistant present Suraj Karavadra and Alpha Adowa and other members of the public.
Tembo Arnold the Operations Manager of SCA said that the games will continuously be running every weekend with the purpose of popularising cricket in Soroti and beyond.
